Read more on "ערב יינן – Tasting Room" »שבוע שעבר התארחנו בבר היין ה- Tasting Room במתחם שרונה. ערב מרתק עם איציק כהן שהסביר על התפתחותו של עמק קדש כאזור המוביל בארץ לגידול של ענבים אדומים, על תעשיית היין הישראלית, כיצד משתלבים בו יקבי הבוטיק ופילוסופיית ייצור היין. בנוסף, המשתתפים טעמו מכל יינות היקב, טעמו טעימת אורך של יינות הקברנה סוביניון שלנו החל מ- 2003 ועד 2008 וגם זכו לטעימת חבית בהפתעה של יין הברברה 2014 ומרלו 2014. אנו מודים לכל המשתתפים שהגיעו, ולצוות ה- Tasting Room שאירח אותנו !!
